Tim Foster
The spark for Fostering Movement Studio began at Northern Illinois University, where I first began to study what would become a lifelong passion for me—understanding physical movement.
Jen Lande
Jennifer studied classical ballet from an early age and danced professionally in the Chicago dance community for ten years. Jennifer discovered pilates in 1998 when she was sidelined from dance due to an injury.
