If you crave the movement components of Pilates but need the feel of weights in your hands, this is the class for you. This class brings together the components of Pilates you love with the addition of weights. Mixing the two together can challenge the body in more ways.

Pilates Fundamentals

This class is designed for the beginner and for those that need to go at a slower pace. This helps to teach you how the machines work and how to initiate the movement correctly.

Around the Room

This class lets the instructor move the clients through multiple pieces of equipment during the session. By changing the position of the client and the piece of equipment the client is using, the client gets different muscles targeted. Sometimes this target is for specific muscle training and other times for chains or groups of muscles. This is the goal of bringing the groups together for better movement.

This class takes many of the concepts applied in the equipment classes and takes them into a vertical position. Helps to increase stability, strength, and endurance while connecting muscle groups in more everyday patterns.
